No platform to buy, no seats to fill, no rollout. One process, one application, and a team that still owns it after it ships. Here is the whole engagement, in order.
01 Discovery
We find the one process worth fixing first.
A short call, then a working session with the people who actually run the process. We map where the work piles up, what it costs you in hours and rework, and whether software is the right answer. If it is not, we say so.
- Who touches the process, and where it stalls
- What it costs today, in hours and in rework
- What the first version has to do to be worth keeping
02 Build
We build the application around your business.
Not a configuration of somebody else's tool. An application built against your process, your rates, your standards, and the systems you already run. You see it working during the build rather than at the end of it.
- Wired into the systems you already use, rather than replacing them
- Working software in front of you early, and often
- Your data stays yours, and it is never used to train a model
03 Run
We own the deployment, the monitoring, and the support.
You get working software, not another system to keep alive. We host it, we watch it, and when something breaks there is one number to call.
- Hosted, monitored, and supported by us
- Problems caught before you notice them
- Zero servers for your team to maintain
04 Improve
New releases every month.
The system grows with your business instead of aging against it. Every month there is a real change: the next thing the process needs, decided with you, rather than a queue of maintenance tickets.
- A real build every month, not a patch note
- You decide what goes next
- The second process starts when the first one has earned it
Fit Check
Is This Right for You?
Three or more people regularly touch the process
It runs often enough that a bad week is expensive
Someone in ops or engineering owns it and can answer questions
You are willing to change how the work gets done, not just where it is stored
FAQ
Common Questions
Can we start smaller?
Yes, and you should. We start with one process, never a rollout. One estimator, or one proposal flow, or one handover package. If it does not earn its keep, you have not bet the company on it. If it does, the second one is an easy decision.
How is this different from hiring a developer?
A developer builds what you ask for and hands you the keys. We build it, deploy it, run it, and keep improving it. You are not buying capacity, you are getting a working system with somebody else responsible for keeping it working.
Will this break our current tools?
No. We build against what you already use: your ERP, your quoting tools, your CRM, your project management, your email. We add to the stack rather than replacing it.
What about AI?
We use it where it makes the software better and leave it out where it does not. You get full visibility into what is in the stack, and nothing reaches a customer without a person approving it first.
How long until we see results?
The first version is usually in someone's hands in weeks rather than quarters. What it does on day one is deliberately small, because the fastest way to build the wrong thing is to spend six months before anyone touches it.
Ready to See If This Fits?
A short call. We look at where the work actually piles up, and whether software is the right answer for it.
